Terms of Service
Pick Up Items: Items not picked up within 30 calendar days of order date, unless other arrangements are made, will be removed from the store and will be donated to charity. Please understand that we have limited storage space.
Coupon Codes: It is the responsibility of the customer to apply coupon code if one is available prior to checkout. No adjustments can be made to a customers order once it has been placed. Also discounts and sales will not be able to be applied to previous orders.
Pre-Orders must be prepaid. When pre-order item is announced SSC gives an estimated arrival date. Once we receive them we inventory and fill your order as soon as we can knowing you are excited about getting your new item!! We will notify you when the item is in and ready for pickup or shipment. Please be aware that if you purchase multiple items, including pre-order and regular items together, and plan to have it shipped, we will hold your order until the pre-order item arrives. If you do not want us to hold the additional items, then please purchase your pre-order items separately. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Note: Once a pre-order is placed, we are unable to allow color or size changes NOR is order refundable if customer decides they do not want to wait for them to arrive. Thanks for understanding.
If a customer wishes for any reason to cancel a pre-order it can only be cancelled if the order has not been pulled, processed and shipping label created and is not within the estimated arrival date. If order is within the guidelines to be cancelled the refund will be issued to store credit to the email on file. It is the customers responsibility to call the store for this time sensitive matter at 804 606-7467 as we are super busy and do not always see emails as soon as they come through. Please do not leave a message, call during business hours and speak with someone in customer service.
