Refund and Return Policy
At this moment, we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience as we are just trying to take every precaution for the COVID-19 outbreak.

Custom items have a 7 business day processing time and cannot be rushed. This includes embroidery on shirts, hats, etc., and vinyl on cups.
Non-Personalized orders typically ship within 1-2 business day from our store in Petersburg, Va.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 business hours for the postal service to process the package, as it must be scanned at the location of departure before you are able to follow the shipment. We will also notify you via the email provided, that we have packaged your shipment.
Orders that are over a specific weight, that you would like to have shipped, will require additional steps. You will see a "Call store" option for shipping, and you will need to select it and complete your payment. After we receive and package your items, we will be able to give you the shipping rate. We will process your shipping payment by the phone, and include the receipt for you in your package. Please leave your phone number in the "Add a note to your order" comment section.

Terms of Service
For items labeled as not shippable, the customer will be responsible for picking the order up from the store. If the customer purchases a non shippable item(s) with other shippable items, and pays for shipping, the store will only be able to ship the items that are labeled shippable. If shipping option is clicked the price of shipping does not include the non shippable item(s) in price. If the customer would like to ship this item (s), then the customer must call the store at (804) 732-2787 to request a shipping rate for the total order. This will have to be determined and additional shipping charge must be paid by phone and shipped by UPS or USPS. Thank you for your understanding.
Pick Up Items: Items not picked up within 30 calendar days of order date, unless other arrangements are made, will be removed from the store and will be donated to charity. Please understand that we have limited storage space.
Coupon Codes: It is the responsibility of the customer to apply coupon code if one is available prior to checkout. No adjustments can be made to a customers order once it has been placed. Also discounts and sales will not be able to be applied to previous orders.
Pre-Orders must be prepaid and usually take approximately 2 weeks for us to receive them. Once we receive them we inventory and fill your order as soon as we can knowing you are excited about getting your new item!! We will notify you when the item is in and ready for pickup or shipment. Please be aware that if you purchase multiple items, including pre-order and regular items together, and plan to have it shipped, we will hold your order until the pre-order item arrives. If you do not want us to hold the additional items, then please purchase your pre-order items separately. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Note: Once a pre-order is placed, we are unable to allow color or size changes NOR is order refundable if customer decides they do not want to wait for them to arrive. Thanks for understanding.
