Orders typically ship within 1-2 business day from our store. Excluding Weekends and Holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 business hours for the postal service to process the package, as it must be scanned at the location of departure before you are able to follow the shipment. We will also notify you via the email provided, that we have packaged your shipment. If you receive a damaged item, our store must be notified within 5 days of package being delivered per tracking information. Please send picture to info@sscgiftstore with your name and inovice number. Picture must show the damaged area. Then give us a call at 804 606-7467.
