We allow a 15-minute cancellation window from the time your order is placed. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@sscgiftstore.com within 15 minutes of purchase. This policy applies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including outside of business hours. Requests received after the 15-minute window are not eligible for cancellation.
