Shipping policy
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business day from our store. Excluding Weekends and Holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 business hours for the postal service to process the package, as it must be scanned at the location of departure before you are able to follow the shipment. We will also notify you via the email provided, that we have packaged your shipment.
Pick Up Items: Items not picked up within 30 calendar days of order date, unless other arrangements are made, will be removed from the store and will be donated to charity. Please understand that we have limited storage space.
Eligible returns are for Store Credit only. We do not issue refunds to original forms of payment.
· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
· All items are inspected upon return to the store. All items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, as well as in its original packaging, including tags.
· If we smell smoke, perfume, see pet hair or stains, or the item looks visibly worn, or the item is final sale, the item will be returned to you at your cost.
· Please be sure to include your packing slip and/or order # with the return. We cannot process your return without this information.
Coupon Codes: It is the responsibility of the customer to apply coupon code if one is available prior to checkout. No adjustments can be made to a customers order once it has been placed. Also discounts and sales will not be able to be applied to previous orders.
Pre-Orders must be prepaid and usually take approximately 2 weeks for us to receive them. Once we receive them we inventory and fill your order as soon as we can knowing you are excited about getting your new item!! We will notify you when the item is in and ready for pickup or shipment. Please be aware that if you purchase multiple items, including pre-order and regular items together, and plan to have it shipped, we will hold your order until the pre-order item arrives. If you do not want us to hold the additional items, then please purchase your pre-order items separately. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Note: Once a pre-order is placed, we are unable to allow color or size changes NOR is order refundable if customer decides they do not want to wait for them to arrive. Thanks for understanding.
