We’re committed to delivering products you love and a shopping experience that’s just as sweet! But we understand that sometimes, things don’t work out. Please review the details below regarding returns and store credit.

📌 General Policy Overview

• Store Credit Only: All eligible returns will be issued store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method. This also applies to cancelled or duplicate orders.

• No Exchanges: Due to high demand and limited quantities, we do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, we recommend purchasing it separately and initiating a return for the original.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

• Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: Sweet Southern Charm is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact USPS using your tracking number for assistance.

• Returned-to-Sender Packages: If a package is returned to us, the customer must cover the cost of reshipping.

⏳ Return Timeframe

• Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date on your tracking number.

• Request a return by emailing us within 72 hours of receiving your order at info@sscgiftstore.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

✅ Return Eligibility

• Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In original packaging with tags attached

• Store credit will NOT be issued for items that:

  • Show signs of wear, smoke, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, or stains

  • Are marked as Final Sale (see list below)

📦 How to Return an Item

1. Email info@sscgiftstore.com within 72 hours of receiving your order to request a return.

2. Ship your item(s) to:

   Attn: Returns
   647 Southpark Blvd.
   Colonial Heights, VA 23834

3. Include your order number and packing slip in the return package.

4. Use USPS and keep your tracking number.

5. Once received, items will be inspected and approved or denied.

6. Approved returns will receive store credit via email with a QR code/e-certificate. We do not store or replace lost codes, so please save your email securely.

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

• Contact us at info@sscgiftstore.com within 3 business days of delivery.

• Do not return the item before contacting us.

• Email should include:

  • Subject line: “Damaged” or “Defective”

  • Photos of the issue

  • Your name, order number, and item name/SKU

You’ll hear back from us within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays).
